NOTICE REGARDING COURT ORDER IN RESPECT OF ADVERTISMENT OF EXPENSE BAR DATE

Nortel Networks S.A. (In Administration and Liquidation Judiciaire) ("NNSA" or the "Company")

Further to the notice dated 19 July 2018 regarding the Order of the Court in respect of a bar date for administration expense claims (the "Original Order"), the Court has made a further Order to take account of the fact that the advertisement of the Expense Bar Date in Les Echos newspaper did not appear until after the date specified in paragraph (1)(b)the Original Order.

Creditors are reminded that should they intend to bring claims which will rank as an administration expense as a matter of English law (i.e. relating to the period after 14 January 2009) they are required to complete a Demand Form prior to 29 January 2019.
