By way of update to the notice regarding the expense application and witness statement regarding the application for a bar date in respect of the administration expense claims dated 6 April 2017, the Joint Administrators have filed a supplemental witness statement, the eighteenth witness statement of Alan Robert Bloom, by way of update to the Court following the applications which were made on behalf of each of the Companies (along with the evidence to the Court in respect of the hearing, being the seventeenth witness statement of Alan Robert Bloom) on 4 April 2017. A copy of that witness statement is available at the link below.
The hearing of the application is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 6 June 2017 at the Rolls Building, London. If you consider that you are affected by this application then you have the right to appear at the hearing and be heard if you choose to do so. By way of update to the notice regarding the Court hearing in respect of an application for a bar date in respect of administration expense claims dated 14 March 2017, the Joint Administrators have now issued an application with the English Court for each of the Companies seeking an order requiring creditors who consider that they have a claim against any of the Companies that ranks as an administration expense (i.e. relates to the period after 14 January 2009) as a matter of English law to submit a written demand setting out that claim before a bar date.
Set out below are copies of the applications made on behalf of each of the Companies along with the evidence to the Court in respect of the hearing, being the seventeenth witness statement of Alan Robert Bloom.

An application has not been made on behalf of Nortel Networks S.A. ("NNSA") at this time. It is anticipated that an application will be made in a form similar to the applications below in the late summer. The Joint Administrators of NNSA will provide a further update in due course.
